How It Works

STEP 1: REQUEST A QUOTE

What We Need from You:

Pickup and delivery addresses
Contact name and phone number at both ends
Load details: weight, dimensions, description
Delivery timeframe (ASAP, same-day, overnight, etc.)
Any special handling or equipment required

What We’ll Do:

Verify your shipment type against state weight limits and hauling requirements
Identify if the load needs an oversize /overweight permit (TxDMV)
Send you a clear quote based on distance, load type, urgency, and route
Include estimated pickup and delivery windows

STEP 2: SCHEDULE PICKUP

Once you approve the quote:

We confirm a pickup window and assign a driver
Our dispatch team ensures the assigned vehicle has: Updated CDL and DOT credentials, Vehicle Inspection Reports (as required by FMCSA), and Proper securement equipment

If needed, we’ll apply for any required Texas oversize /overweight permits

Note: We will not dispatch without full legal compliance

STEP 3: LOAD PICKUP

What You Can Expect:

Driver arrives on time
Conducts a pre-trip inspection per FMCSA guidelines
Secures freight following 49 CFR §393 securement rules
Provides a signed Bill of Lading (BOL) or other proof of pickup
Starts GPS-tracked delivery (updates available upon request)

STEP 4: DELIVERY

Freight is delivered on-time to your requested drop-off point
Receiver signs off on the delivery
We notify you immediately and share the signed delivery receipt
Digital records maintained for DOT compliance and customer peace of mind
